How to request deletion

   Write from your registered email

   Send a message to soporte@bookball.app with the subject “Delete BookBall account”.

   Confirm your identity

   We will reply to the same address. We will never ask for your password.

3. 3
   We process the request

   We will delete or anonymise the profile within the maximum period required by applicable law.

What happens to shared matches

Personal data is deleted. Some aggregated results may be retained anonymously so other participants’ history and legal obligations are not affected.
